Preserved in time in the woodland hills south of Ventura Boulevard, this time capsule of “Space Architecture” remains intact in virtually original condition, untouched but for the ravages of the elements. The forward-looking genius of the design is evinced by tightly interlocking volumes, folded planes, butt-glazed corners, sloping walls and ceilings, polygonal windows – ahead of its time seventy years later.
