Scott brings his experience as an international commodities trader and his work in global import/export to his practice as an Architectural Realtor in Southern California, providing keen insights into complex transactions, delicate negotiations and the nuances of deal making. Scott is the managing partner of the Los Angeles office of The Value Of Architecture, and a partner at Deasy Penner & Partners in Beverly Hills. He has represented clients in the sale of historic properties, luxury estates and significant works of architecture by the likes of Rudolph Schindler, Richard Neutra and Gregory Ain.  A seasoned negotiator with a calm disposition and powerful presentation skills, Scott is always listed among the most successful agents in the firm, and provides a personal level of customer service to each of the clients he works with. As a Los Angeles native, Scott has a strong affection for the city and its immense architectural diversity.
