The clients unique requirements were addressed by sectioning the overall structure into five distinct intersecting volumes that would include a large scale workshop and ancillary garage area for motorcycles and ATVs. This region of the home is serviced by a separate entrance on the lower level.
Each supporting block of the home was treated in a distinct set of finishes. The central stairwell is open on all three levels eliminating the presence of hallways as there was no need for privacy walls. |
